Terms & Conditions
General terms & conditions for Pandastic – last updated: August 2026.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders, purchases and other transactions made through the Pandastic online shop (hereinafter "we" or "the shop"). By placing an order you expressly accept these T&Cs.
2. Contracting Partner & Offer
The products shown in the shop (especially digital products such as licences, accounts, keys and modifications) constitute non-binding offers. By submitting your order and clicking "Proceed to Payment" you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment.
3. Payment Methods
Payment is handled exclusively via the following payment methods: card and wallet payments through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., direct on-chain cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin, Litecoin and Solana, and crypto payments via Coinbase Commerce. Other payment methods (e.g. bank transfer, invoice, Klarna or similar) are not offered. Additionally, you can use accumulated store credit (balance) from your account to pay; the balance itself can only be topped up using the payment methods listed above.
4. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) including statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at the time of the order is decisive. For crypto payments via Coinbase, the equivalent value recorded in the Coinbase Commerce environment at the time of payment applies.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products (keys, codes, licences, files) are delivered automatically or manually to your customer account under "Downloads" or by e-mail once payment has been successfully received. Since digital products are consumed immediately as soon as the download starts, there is no statutory right of withdrawal after downloading (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
6. Withdrawal & Refunds
Please report mistakes, defective or unusable deliveries within 14 days using the contact form. We review every case individually and, at our discretion, either refund the purchase price (back to the original payment method) or credit your account with store credit. There is no right of exchange or return for digital content that has already been downloaded.
7. Customer Account & Store Credit
Store credit is an internal balance that cannot be paid out and can only be used for purchases in the shop. You are required to keep your login credentials confidential. In case of misuse or suspected misuse we may temporarily suspend the account.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Consumers can turn to the EU dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) in case of disputes.
