How does the loyalty program work?
You earn a fixed number of points for every euro paid. You can convert collected points into store credit in your account and use them for your next purchase.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link. When someone registers through it and completes their first order, both of you receive credit as store credit.
Do I get an automatic role on Discord?
If your Discord account is linked to your shop account, you automatically receive the matching role in our Discord server after your purchase.
Delivery
How do I receive my purchased products?
All digital products appear immediately after payment in your account under "Downloads" or within the order itself. For Minecraft capes you receive the cape file or activation code instantly.
How fast is my order processed?
Digital products are delivered automatically and instantly. Custom orders are usually provided within 24 hours by e-mail or in your account.
Legal
Can I return my order?
For digital products there is no right of withdrawal once the download has started, once delivery has begun. In case of technical problems we will of course refund you as store credit or via the original payment method.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
We accept card and wallet payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe, direct crypto payments in Bitcoin, Litecoin and Solana, and Coinbase Commerce. You can also use store credit, which you can top up or receive as a refund.
Is there a discount code?
Yes, active discount codes can be found on our homepage, in the newsletter or on our Discord. Codes can be entered at checkout.
